BARBECUE 
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. onion
1/2 to 1 bottle Hunt's catsup (use only Hunt's)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar to taste
1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tbsp. seasonal
1/2 to 1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Hickory smoke flavoring
3 1/2 lb. roast meat, shredded

Mix all ingredients. Simmer until seasonings are blended. Pour over meat.
