BANANA ORANGE FROZEN PUSH - UPS 
2 bananas
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt

Peel bananas and slice into blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour into small paper cups and freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup. Approximately 85 calories per serving.
