CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp. oil of peppermint or peppermint or to taste

Combine well. Knead with hands until smooth and creamy. Add food coloring if desired. Roll into small balls and roll in granulated sugar to coat. Press into candy molds or flatten with fork. Refrigerate covered.
