FOUR KINDS OF BEANS (Baked) 
1 c. each: Pea, yellow eye, kidney and lima beans
1 tbsp. ground dry mustard
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 to 1 lb. salt pork (cubed)

Soak beans overnight after washing them. Drain. Cover beans with fresh water and parboil 1/2 hour in a.m.

Place onion in bottom of bean pot (or slow cooker) then add beans and other ingredients and cover with water.

(Beans may either be cooked in a slow electric cooker or baked in a slow oven (250 degrees F.) 6 to 8 hours.)

If you must restrict salt you could use 1 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash's seasoning.
