STACK PIES 
FILLING:

3 c. white sugar
1 c. thick cream
Dash of salt
6 whole eggs
1 1/3 sticks butter
Vanilla

Break eggs in bowl that is large and hand beat until well mixed. Add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add melted butter, cream, vanilla and salt. Line 5 pie pans with pastry, leaving the one for the bottom stack. Regular depth. Cut the depth of the other 4 short. Pour approximately 3/4 cup filling in each pie shell. Bake 2 at a time in a 350 degree oven until the filling is done, slightly bubbly. Stack and ice with cream frosting.
