ST. PATRICK'S DAY SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lime jello
1 c. crushed pineapple (juice included)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) bottle Upper Ten (or any lemon-lime drink, Sprite)
1/2 c. nuts

Dissolve jello in water. Add the Upper Ten. Let start to congeal and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a mold and let chill until firm.
