THANKSGIVING DAY SALAD | |
1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. drained crushed pineapple Pinch of salt 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries 1/2 c. whipped cream Dissolve Jello in water; cool. Stir in pineapple, salt, cream cheese and cherries; fold in whipped cream. Chill until set; recipe may be doubled. Yield: 6 servings. |
