GARLIC-OREGANO VINAIGRETTE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients in jar. Shake well. Makes 1 1/2 cups. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Bring dressing to room temperature before using.)
