VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 (12 inch) pans
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 envelope Ranch dressing mix

Chop fine the following vegetables:
Cauliflower
Celery
Water chestnuts
Bell pepper
Green onions
Grated Cheddar cheese for top

Spread rolls on pans and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool. Mix next 3 ingredients, blend until smooth. Spread on cool crust. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese over crust. Best if sits in refrigerator 2 hours.
