RICE LAU 
5 lbs meat (chicken, beef or shrimp etc)
3 cups parboil rice
1 head cabbage
3 big carrots
2 onions
1 tin/pack/cup green peas
salt
black pepper
sesame oil
soy sauce

Chop meat in chunks then season as desired. Chop cabbage and carrots into small cubes. Boil rice. Dice garlic and onions.

Fry onion and garlic in oil. Add meat and fry until cooked. Add all vegetables. Saute for 2 mins Add 5 dashes of soy sauce and sesame oil. Add a sprinkling of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir in peas and rice. Taste and add more of above ingredients if desired.

Serves 5.
