SHORT RIBS 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. short ribs
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 lemon, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ribs in covered dish or baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Bake covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. Skim fat. Serve ribs with sauce.
