STEAK AND GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. beef, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. green beans (raw or frozen)
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. liquid (juice from mushrooms and water)

Brown steak in hot oil. Add green beans, onion, green pepper and celery. Cook 3-5 minutes. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, liquid and seasonings and mix together; add to skillet, stirring to mix. Add mushrooms. Stir, cooking until liquid is clear and shiny. Serve with rice.
