PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
Chopped nuts (walnuts)
Powdered sugar

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Grease 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet. Line with wax paper. Mix above ingredients. Pour into cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn onto powdered sugar towel. Roll up jelly-roll style, let cool.

Mix filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll cake, spread filling on cake. Roll back up and refrigerate.
