COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head of cabbage
2 carrots, peeled
2 stalks of celery
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jar of Marzetti's slaw dressing (you can use the light one)

Chop cabbage fine, grate carrots, slice celery. Combine cabbage, carrots and celery with rest of ingredients. Chill about one hour and serve.
