CREAMY MARSHMALLOW FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 16 lg. marshmallows 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows and salt. Cook and stir until melted. When bubbles cover the entire top surface, boil and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat in butter, chocolate chips and vanilla until melted. Spread in buttered 9 inch pan until chilled. |
