1 c. strawberries (small ones)
1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 qt. strawberries

Crush 1 cup strawberries with fork. Add sugar and egg white. Put all in mixer bowl and stir then beat with mixer 10 to 15 minutes to fluff. Use small berries to beat, save nice berries to use to dip in fluff. Arrange around dip bowl on plate.
