OLD FASHIONED CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg

Combine cornmeal, flour and egg with milk; mix well. Add 1/2 of melted butter to mixture, leaving 1/2 in pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 475 degrees.
