SQUID WITH TOMATOES 
3 lbs. squid
4 spoons oil
2 garlic
3 c. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. white wine
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. rosemary

Clean squid and cut in rings, tentacles in half. Cook onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add squid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine and salt and pepper and cook about 1 hour on simmer until tender. Add peas if you like. This is also good over rice.
