EASY TOMATO PRESERVES 
4 c. tomatoes
4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cut tomatoes in rather small pieces. Remove as many seeds as possible. Add sugar. Boil 20 minutes. Then add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and small package lemon Jello. Pour into small jars. Seal and wax.
