CLASSIC LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
4 c. tomato juice
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
8 oz. lasagna noodles DO NOT COOK

In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Pour off excess fat. Stir in juice, mushrooms, paste and rest of spices. Simmer for 30 minutes. In a 9"x13" baking pan, layer, 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the sauce and 1/2 of the cheeses. Repeat all the layers. Cover the pan with foil. Let set for 30 to 45 minutes. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Brown top of lasagna under the broiler. Cover with foil, let stand for 20 minutes.
