RHUBARB CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 c. cubed rhubarb
1 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
2 c. sugar
Cool Whip

Prepare 1 box yellow cake mix according to directions on box. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer rhubarb and cake mix. Sprinkle on sugar. Pour whipping cream over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm if desired. Top with Cool Whip.
