MOCHA PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 c. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate flavored chips
16 lg. marshmallows, quartered
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. instant coffee
2 c. salted peanuts

Combine chips, marshmallows and butter in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Add instant coffee. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool until firm. 3 dozen.
