BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER CHEESE
SOUP
 
3 c. cauliflower and broccoli, combined
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Simmer vegetables and seasonings 15-20 minutes or until tender. Add milk to flour. Add to vegetables. Add cheese.
