PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 boneless pork chops
2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar or can of sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Garlic salt, pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a casserole dish, put the rice, water, butter, Worcestershire sauce, then add the mushrooms. Place pork chops on top and add seasonings. Cook for 30 minutes. Check occasionally to see if rice has absorbed the water.
