1 box Duncan Hines cake mix (use butter mix), use milk, do not use water
2 tbsp. sugar

Use directions on cake mix box but add the milk and sugar. Bake in 3 layers.

ICING:

3 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. sugar

Mix all 3 ingredients and let stand overnight. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
