RACHEL'S FAVORITE CARAMEL CORN | |
Butter several cookie sheets; pop 1 cup corn and salt lightly; 1 cup chopped nuts; set these aside. 2 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. Karo syrup 1/2 tsp. baking soda Bring all ingredients (except corn) to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour over corn in a single layer. Cook at 225 degrees for 45 minutes. During cooking time, stir twice. |
