RACHEL'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
4 eggs (separated)
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar, cocoa, flour until all lumps dissolve, stir in small amount of milk, add beaten egg yolks mix well, add remaining milk. Cook until thick stirring often. Add vanilla and 1/2 stick butter.

TOPPING:

Beat egg whites until stiff, add 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla. Cover pudding and place in oven until brown.
