RED PLUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 sm. jars red plum baby food
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. red food coloring
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Lemon juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, baby food, vanilla and food coloring in mixing bowl. Mix until blended. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and salt; beat for 3-4 minutes. Stir in nuts.

Pour batter into Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Stir enough lemon juice into powdered sugar to make a creamy glaze. Pour glaze over warm cake.
