STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
2 slices white bread, cubed and crusts removed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1/4 c. maple syrup
6 eggs, well beaten

Place cubed bread and cubed cream cheese in 9 x 9 inch pan. Beat eggs and add milk and syrup. Pour over the bread and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or less until light and fluffy. Cut in squares and serve with syrup.
