CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. minced onion
1 sm. minced green pepper
1 lg. can mixed vegetables
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix

Combine hamburger, onion and green pepper in skillet and cook on low heat until hamburger is browned and onions and pepper soft. Place drained mixed vegetables in baking dish, spread meat mixture over vegetables, pour tomato sauces on top of this. Mix up cornbread mix as directed and spread on top of the rest. Cook at 375 degrees until corn bread is done. Serve hot with a toss green salad.
