1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter
1 box chocolate coating

Put peanut butter on a cracker and make up "peanut butter crackers". Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package. Dip the crackers in the chocolate and put on wax paper to dry.

Variation: Use the mini Ritz crackers with peanut butter. Dip in melted chocolate and take out with a spoon and put on wax paper. Variation: Add chopped peanuts to the chocolate coating after melting.
