MACARONI AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 c. macaroni
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
6 eggs, separated

Cook macaroni, drain. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, salt and paprika. Add milk and stir in cheese until thick. Beat egg yolks and add to white sauce, then add macaroni. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
