CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 hen
Lg. pkg. spaghetti
Chopped celery (I use a lot)
Chopped onion (I use a lot)
1 lg. jar chopped pimento
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) Cheez Whiz
1 can sliced water chestnuts (chopped)
Coarse ground pepper and salt to taste

Cook hen--debone--chop. Cook spaghetti in broth. Drain spaghetti and add soups and Cheez Whiz.

Saute onion, celery and pimento in small amount of butter. Add to spaghetti. Add chopped water chestnuts, salt and pepper. Save leftover broth to add if spaghetti gets too dry. Serve with green salad and crackers or garlic bread.
