MEXICAN POTATOES 
6 potatoes, cooked & cut lengthwise
2 cans hot chili beans with hamburger
1 can hot nacho cheese sauce
Nacho or tortilla chips

Place potatoes in casserole dish. Top with cheese sauce. Next add chili, then place crushed chips on top. Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over chips. Cook 4 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
