FISH SEASONING 
1 1/2 tbsp. celery seed OR salt
2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tbsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix all spices and store in tight container. To 1 1/2 cups cornmeal and 1 cup flour, add enough mixed spices to taste. For variety of flavor, use chicken, pork, liver or any other meat to fry.
