CRAB CROQUETTES 
2 c. crabmeat
1 tsp. onion juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. thick white sauce or bechamel

Mix in order given. Chill. Mold into shape desired. Roll in crumbs, dip in egg, roll in crumbs again. Fry in deep hot fat, 390 degrees. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
