LAZY ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 beaten egg
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle yeast in the warm water, it needs to be quite warm. Place butter, sugar and boiling water in a large bowl and stir until butter melts. Cool until warm, add yeast mixture, egg, flour, salt and mix well.

Refrigerate for 24 hours. Place dough on floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Roll to 3/4 inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter. Let rise 2 hours.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until golden brown. Spray the pan with cooking oil (lightly).
