FETTUCCINE SESAME 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine, fresh
1/8 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1 gallon water, boiling, salted
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. butter, patties

Add oil and fettuccine to boiling water. Cook until pasta is tender, but still has a bite. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain pasta and toss with butter and sesame seeds and serve. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 30-45 minutes)
