PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
5 slices cubed bread

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, crushed pineapple and bread. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Great with ham!
