1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon

Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold in next 3 ingredients. Garnish with cinnamon, if desired. Yields 2 1/2 cups.

NOTE: Pears may be served cold. Prepare as directed omitting butter; chill before serving. Serve with Ruby Pears.
