PEANUTTY OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar, or less
1/3 c. molasses
3 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Blenderize the oats, raisins and peanuts; set aside. Cream butter; add sugar, the molasses, and eggs. Alternately add buttermilk with the remaining dry ingredients. Stir in oat mixture. Drop 1 1/2 teaspoons dough onto greased cookie sheets or roll into balls and flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
