MEAT LOAF | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 lb. ground veal 1 lb. ground park 3 tbsp. A-1 Steak sauce 1 garlic pod, chopped fine 1 tsp. salt 1 medium onion 4 stalks celery 3 nice size carrots 6 eggs Cracker meal Put celery, onion, carrots, and eggs in blender and liquefy; mix with meat, salt, sage, and garlic. Add enough cracker meal to meat so it will hold together. Make into a large meat loaf (or 3 small ones). Top with a good spaghetti sauce or ketchup. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees about one hour or until done. |
