1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanuts

Combine sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir quickly until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixed with peanuts; stir to coat well. Pat mixture firmly into a buttered 8 inch square pan. When cool, cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 16 squares.
