PIE CRUST 
6 c. flour
2 c. lard
4 tbsp. sugar or 8 pkgs. Equal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks in c., fill with water & beat

Cut flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and lard together. Mix in egg yolks and water mixture. One recipe makes 6 pastries.
