RHUBARB PIE (One Crust) 
2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten egg yolks
Butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, flour, salt and beaten egg yolks with rhubarb. Put in unbaked crust, dot with butter and bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 10 minutes, reduce to 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Use egg whites for meringue. Put meringue on cool pie. Bake until light brown.
