CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Chicken breast fillets (one per person)
Swiss cheese
Lean ham (sandwich slices)
Bread crumbs (Italian or other)
1 egg
Cream of mushroom soup
Sour cream

Hammer fillets flat; place a slice of Swiss cheese and ham on fillet and roll; secure with toothpick. Dip in egg and dredge in bread crumbs. Brown in butter on all sides. Place in Pyrex dish and cover with sauce; bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Sauce:

Combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, add fresh mushrooms (if you wish) and a little milk or water.
