CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
SAUCE:

1 c. whipping cream
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh or flakes)
Salt & pepper
Grated cheddar cheese (handful), about 1/2 c.

Put all above ingredients in saucepan, simmer 7 to 8 minutes. 6 cheese slices 6 ham slices Flour

COATING:

3 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Parsley
Salt & pepper

Beat coating ingredients together. Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on chicken breast. Roll up. Roll in flour. Dip in egg mixture. Fry in oil or shortening until brown. Drain. Place in baking pan in single layer. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Optional: I use stuffing instead of ham and cheese.
