CHICKEN POT SQUARES 
8 oz. lite cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 lb. chicken breast, boiled and cubed
1/4 bag frozen mixed veggies
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls

In large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter. Add curry powder, cream well. Mix in cubed chicken, mixed veggies and onion; set aside.

Divide both cans of crescent rolls into 8 squares. Seal the perforated area. Now, fill with spoonful of mixture and fold into square, sealing sides. Place on cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Is great served with a tossed salad. Serves 8 (or 4 very hungry people).
