CHICKEN RICE SQUARES WITH
MUSHROOM SAUCE
 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. soft shredded bread
1/3 c. diced celery
4 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. milk
1 can golden mushroom soup

Combine chicken, rice, bread, and celery. To the beaten eggs, add salt, poultry seasonings and broth. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chicken mixture. Bake in greased 9 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/3 c. milk to the can of golden mushroom soup

Heat and serve over casserole.
