CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM RICE 
Deboned chicken breasts
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can beef consomme soup
1 3/4 c. Minute Rice
Kikkoman lite soy sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 can French onion soup

In a 9 x 13 inch pan put chicken breasts. Shake soy sauce all over. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, turning chicken over after 20 minutes. OR to microwave, cover baking dish with wax paper and microwave on high for 20 minutes, turning chicken after 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a different 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave for 10 (cover with wax paper if microwaving). Serve together with vegetable. Quick meal.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
